Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial is completely free and requires no credit card. You only need an email address to create your account.
Is it for federations, clubs or both?
Both. The platform has two products: one for sports federations (with competitions, licenses, match records, transfers, sanctions and automated financial management) and another for independent clubs (member fees, call-ups, communication, bookings and analytics). They can be used independently or combined if the club belongs to a federation.
What happens when the trial ends?
We'll notify you in advance. You can choose your plan and add a payment method to continue. If you don't, your account goes into read-only mode (nothing is deleted).
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.
Is it possible to migrate data from Excel or paper?
Yes, and it's completely free. The initial data migration — players, clubs, teams, competitions — is included in all plans at no extra cost. Our team handles importing your data from Excel, paper, your own databases or any previous system. Just give it to us and we'll do the rest.
Do registration and fee payments go to my account?
Yes. You connect your Stripe or Redsys account and payments go directly to it. DMS MANAGER never touches your money. Invoices and receipts are generated automatically.
Which languages is it available in?
Currently in Spanish, Catalan, Valencian, Basque, Galician and English.
Does the referee need internet to fill in the match record?
The app works best with a connection, but data is saved locally if signal is lost and syncs automatically when it's restored. For venues without coverage, the referee can record the result after the match from anywhere with a connection.
Is there a portal for members to manage their fees?
Yes. The Member Portal is a personalised web page where members can check their fee status, pay online, download receipts, view the activity calendar and update their details. Available on the Growth plan and above.
Do you have support on competition days?
Yes. On Growth and higher plans we offer priority support. For federations with active competition at weekends, we offer chat and email support with guaranteed response times during the season's competition days.
