The platform has two products: one for sports federations (with competitions, licenses, match records, transfers, sanctions and automated financial management) and another for independent clubs (member fees, call-ups, communication, bookings and analytics). They can be used independently or combined if the club belongs to a federation.
We'll notify you in advance. You can choose your plan and add a payment method to continue. If you don't, your account goes into read-only mode (nothing is deleted).
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.
Yes, and it's completely free. The initial data migration — players, clubs, teams, competitions — is included in all plans at no extra cost. Our team handles importing your data from Excel, paper, your own databases or any previous system. Just give it to us and we'll do the rest.
Yes. You connect your Stripe or Redsys account and payments go directly to it. DMS MANAGER never touches your money. Invoices and receipts are generated automatically.
The app works best with a connection, but data is saved locally if signal is lost and syncs automatically when it's restored. For venues without coverage, the referee can record the result after the match from anywhere with a connection.
Yes. The Member Portal is a personalised web page where members can check their fee status, pay online, download receipts, view the activity calendar and update their details. Available on the Growth plan and above.
